My name is Jane Hinkley. I would like to start by telling you a little about me I have been in many direct sales companies, part & full time for over 30 years now. I have seen many great companies grow & some that have left us over the years.
I do my homework when joining a company:
-I make sure I find out as much about the company as I can
-I make sure this is the right company for me
-Have awesome products
-What they have to offer their hostess. I truly believe the hostess is the root of all business. That is where we make all our money.
-I join a company that stands behind their products.
What I don’t join companies for:
-I get a free kit
-Great % of money (this doesn’t matter if the products don’t sell themselves)
That is WHY in 2006 I joined a great Company, LadyJayne after 2 year search.
At a local event I saw a woman that had on the cutest & unique a pair earrings. I was so intrigued that I just had to ask her where she got them and her reply was LadyJayne. I told her that I never heard of LadyJayne. She said it was a party plan company and she was the owner. I told her that I would like to hear more about her company and two days later I joined LadyJayne.
Three years later I am the proud owner of my own business called JaysJems (http://www.JaysJems.com) which is the flip side of LadyJayne.
